This weekend, I am hosting a cooking "class" for a couple friends of mine. We settled on an Asian themed menu, with chicken being the only meat involved.
I just saw these baked pork spring rolls on Allrecipes the other day. I'm sure you could substitue chicken! Let me know if they're as yummy as they look!

What a fun idea! You gotta try Asian Noodle Salad! Its SO good. What about shrimp pad thai? or the PB noodles recipe you gave me!?
I did a sesame chicken from Cooking Light that turned out really good. It had all of the "asian" flavors but I am sure it isn't authentic :)
